Sheryl is an American actor, comedian, TV presenter and best-known for her hosting of the renowned daytime chat show The Talk. She was brought up by Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl is the product of an extremely troubled family. She was a child who spent a lot of time caring for her younger older sister Frankie. Frankie was a patient of polio. As a teenager, she experienced many issues with her mom. Sheryl states that her mother once stabbed at her father for getting too close. Sheryl was a soldier upon her graduation from college. She was interested in comedy. She was selected as the first ever female finalist in the Miller Lite Comedy Search, held in 1989. She began her TV profession in the year 1992, when she became a regular actor on the HBO comedy series Def Comedy Jam. She hosted a show on television at the time of her debut on Oh Drama! She has appeared as host on The Talk since 2011. In addition, she has appeared on fictional show like Bulworth Niki and Beauty Shop.
