Anna Silk was born at St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada. She is the daughter Peter Silk - an academic as well as Ilkay Silk, an accomplished actor as well as a writer, director, and producer. Anna was born in Fredericton and is being the daughter of Peter Silk and Ilkay Silk. Her mother is an "English-Turkish Cypriot expat" who hails originally from Britain. Anna remembers attending rehearsals for performances as a kid and watching her mom at work. Anna appeared in numerous commercials when she was a child. Anna relocated out of Toronto to Los Angeles in 1999. Seth Cooperman, whom she was introduced to at a Los Angeles actors' workshop earlier in 2007, was her husband in the year 2009.
